How do I get my Visa prepaid card, and how long will it take to receive it?
To get your Visa prepaid card, you must have upgraded or purchased your new Galaxy S7 edge or Galaxy S7 phones (mix and match) on device payment agreements between 3/18/16 and 5/31/16
You should receive your prepaid card approximately 8 - 10 weeks after you enter your information on the rebate website.
What happens if I suspend my service without billing or deactivate my Samsung S7 edge or Galaxy S7 before I receive my prepaid card?
Your device(s) must remain active for 6 months to meet the promotion terms. If you take advantage of this offer but suspend service without billing, or deactivate either device before that time, you're responsible for the full rebate amount and any remaining device payment balance.
However, if you cancel after the 6-month period, you'll only be charged for any remaining device payment balance.
