Where and when can I enroll?
Enrollment for Connection Day 2014 is now closed. Check back in late 2015 for information about how to participate in Connection Day 2015.
How does the data promotion work for The MORE Everything Plan℠ customers?
If you're a MORE Everything customer who enrolled in the Connection Day program before 11/27, your account automatically received 1 GB of data for free to use for the remainder of your current billing cycle. In addition, your account received an additional free 1 GB of data to use during the next billing cycle.
What happens if I use more than my 1 GB of Connection Day promotional data during a billing cycle?
After you've used the 1 GB of promotional data in each billing cycle, you'll begin using your normal monthly data allowance.
If you use both your 1 GB of promotional data and monthly data allowance within a billing cycle, you'll be charged for any data overages, unless you have another data feature that would cover the additional data usage.

If you need more data, you can change your plan in My Verizon anytime.
Can I use part of my Connection Day promotional data and save the rest for another time?
No, there are no credits or rollovers of Connection Day promotional data. It's for use during the promotional period only, and if you don't use all of the data within the billing cycle to which it's assigned, the remaining Connection Day promotional data will expire.
Is Connection Day promotional data good for 1 device or all the devices on my account?
Connection Day promotions include all of the devices on your account. Once enrolled, everyone on your account will have access to the Connection Day promotional data and free content.
