Verizon mobile rebate deals FAQs - Phones, tablets, watches
Verizon periodically offers rebates as part of certain promotions. Depending on the promotion, you may have to port-in from another wireless carrier or bring your own 4G/5G smartphone to use on your phone line to qualify for the rebate.
Visit our Deals and Bring Your Own Device pages for current rebate eligible promotions.
Redeeming your rebate offer
How long do I have to redeem my rebate offer?
Most rebates must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the qualifying purchase. However, this may vary by offer, and you should check your receipt, which will include the specific deadline for your offer. Receipts can be found in the Documents and Receipts page in My Verizon (website or app).
How long will it take to process my rebate?
Most rebates are processed within 8-10 weeks from the purchase date. However, processing times vary by offer. Refer to the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to your offer for more information.
What form of payment will I receive after my rebate submission has been approved?
Most rebate payments will be issued in the form of a Verizon Gift Card or a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®.
The form of payment varies by rebate offer, so refer to the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to your offer for more information.
Will device or account changes impact my rebate eligibility?
Some promotional offers require a customer to maintain mobile service on a specific plan or that a device payment agreement is required, as noted in the promotion Terms and Conditions for a specified time period.
The rebate amount may change or the rebate may be completely disqualified if you make changes to your account or device that do not meet the promotional offer requirements.
Offer Terms and Conditions can be found on your rebate submission within My Verizon. You can link to your offer via your Notifications in My Verizon (website or app), then click View Details to view promotional requirements.
