+play lets you discover, purchase and manage your digital subscriptions in one place. You get a view of your subscriptions, what you're paying for and other available services.

• Access content as you're used to, directly from each content partner's app or online portal.
• Easily add or cancel services so you're only paying for the things you want.

You get $15/month in credit to redeem in +play, for just $10/month with eligible mobile phone or home internet plans. You can add the +play Monthly Credit perk on both your mobile and home internet account, so that you can save even more. The +play Monthly Credit will auto-renew monthly from the date it was added until canceled by the Verizon account's Account Owner or Account Manager.

Here's how it works:

• The monthly credit is automatically applied to the first available eligible subscription charge that's due in your +play account.
• Any remaining balance is applied toward the next subscription that's due, until no balance remains. Or, if unused, the credit expires one month from the date it was added. The credit doesn't carry over to the next monthly billing cycle.

One +play Monthly Credit perk is available per eligible mobile line, 5G Home or LTE Home Internet plan or Fios Home Internet account. If other lines on your account also have the +play Monthly Credit perk, those credits accumulate at the account level. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

No. This perk is only available through Verizon when you have eligible mobile phone or home internet plans.

The +play $10/month perk can be added to these monthly plans:

• Mobile phone plans - Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*. You can add 1 perk per line. The $10/month per line charge appears on your mobile bill.
  • If you add the perk to more than 1 line, the credits accumulate at the mobile account level.
• 5G Home, LTE Home - 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, LTE Home, LTE Home Plus . You can add 1 perk per line. The $10/month per line charge appears on your mobile bill.
• Fios Home Internet plans - You can add 1 of this perk to an account that has an eligible plan. The $10/month charge appears on your Fios Home Internet bill. Not all Fios plans are eligible (i.e., DSL plans, certain legacy plans, etc).

Note: You can only access the perks that are available with your plan.

*If you have Welcome Unlimited you can also add perks in My Verizon. Welcome Unlimited is no longer available to add to your account.

Yes. If you have mobile phone lines and also:

• 5G Home or LTE Home - You can add a perk to your phone lines and your home internet line. We’ll let you know if a line on your account already has the perk.
  • If you add the perk to more than 1 line, the credits accumulate at the mobile account level.
• An eligible Fios Home Internet plan - You can add a perk to both your mobile phone lines and add 1 of the same perk to your Fios account.

You can choose the +play Monthly Credit perk when you sign up for an eligible Verizon mobile phone or home internet plan.

Or, when you have an eligible plan, you can add the perk anytime in My Verizon.

1. Sign into either your:
   • Mobile account (phone and/or wireless home internet) - Select Services & Perks and scroll down to view perks your plan is eligible for. Choose a perk.
   • Fios account - Perks your plan is eligible for display under Recommended perks. Choose a perk.
2. Select the line to add the perk to. Follow the prompts to add and register the perk.

Keep in mind:

• Only Account Owners and Account Managers can add and remove perks. Anyone on the account can activate perks. Learn about managing account roles.
• You can only access the perks that are available with your plan.

Here's how the credit works when you add the +play Monthly Credit perk (a $15/month value) to your eligible mobile line or home internet account.

1. On the perk enrollment date, we apply a $15 credit to your +play account for each +play Monthly Credit. After that, the credit is deposited to your account once a month.
   • If other lines on your account also have the +play Monthly Credit perk, those credits accumulate at the +play account level.
2. The monthly credit is automatically applied to the first available eligible charge that's due in the +play account. No action on your part is needed.
3. Any remaining balance is applied toward each successively due subscription until no balance remains. Or, if unused, credit expires one month from the date it was added. Credit doesn't carry over to the next monthly billing cycle.

When you add the +play perk to your eligible mobile line or home internet account:

• Billing and access start when the eligible mobile plan line or home internet account is active and you order the perk.
• The $10/month per line charge appears on your:
  • Mobile bill if the perk is added to your mobile phone line, 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, LTE Home or LTE Home Plus (wireless internet) plan.
  • Fios Home Internet bill if the perk is added to your Fios Home Internet account.
• The perk renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

You can cancel your perk subscription anytime in My Verizon.

You can view your+play monthly credit balance in the +play Billing section. To view, sign in to +play. Choose Account then choose the +play tab. Choose Billing & Credits. Scroll down to +play Credits to see your available credits.

Yes. At this time, +play Monthly Credits can't be used to pay for monthly subscription services that are charged to your Verizon monthly bill: Apple One, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Discovery+, Disney+, Disney Bundle, Google Play Pass, Netflix® & Max (with Ads) perk, Walmart+, Xbox All Access, YouTube Premium perk and YouTube TV.

The +play Monthly Credit cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional offers.

Here's what happens if you cancel your +play Monthly Credit perk. Your existing subscriptions through +play continue at the then current market rate and are charged on the payment method on file with +play.

The $10 charge for that month isn’t refunded or prorated. The $15+play Monthly Credit for that month remains in your account until its expiration date.

To cancel:

• Mobile phone, 5G Home, LTE Home accounts - Visit My Verizon, then select Services & Perks to manage the perk.

• Fios Home Internet account - Visit My Verizon. On your homepage, scroll down to view your perks. Select the perk to manage.

Here's what happens if you change your eligible plan. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying plan, or change to a non-qualifying plan, then going forward you'll no longer get the +play Monthly Credit perk.
• Unused monthly credits expire one month from the date the credit was added. You can change or cancel your perk anytime in My Verizon.

If you cancel or suspend the Verizon mobile or home service your perk is associated with during the billing cycle you will still have access to your most recent +play Monthly Credit. The monthly credit expires one month from the date it was added. The $10/month charge is not prorated.
