Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:

    Settings
    Application manager
     .
  2. Locate then tap the appropriate app.
  3. Tap
    Storage
     .
  4. Tap
    Clear cache
     .
    This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps icon
    Settings
    Storage and USB
     .
  2. If necessary, tap
    Internal storage
     .
  3. Tap
    Cached data
     .
  4. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.
