Perform a Gmail™ Sync - LG G Pad™ X8.3

Here's how to sync Google email, contacts, calendar, etc. on your LG G Pad X8.3.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a home screen, tap
    Apps Apps icon
    (located at the bottom).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap
    Settings Settings icon

  3. Tap
    Accounts
     .
  4. Tap
    Google Google icon
    .
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
  6. Select the appropriate data synchronization options (e.g. Sync Contacts, Sync Gmail, Sync Calendar, etc.) to enable or disable.
    Enabled when a check mark is present.
  7. To perform a manual synchronization.
    1. Tap
      Menu Menu icon
      (located in the upper right).
    2. Tap
      Sync now
