Manage Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot Settings - LG G Pad™ X8.3

Here's how to configure Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot Settings (e.g., password, network name, etc.) on your LG G Pad X8.3.
  1. From a Home screen, tap 
    Apps
     .
  2. From the Apps tab, tap
    Settings
     Settings icon .
  3. Tap
    More
     .
  4. Tap
    Mobile Hotspot
     .
  5. Tap
    Set Up Mobile Hotspot
     .
  6. Configure the following then tap
    Save
     .
    • Wi-Fi name (SSID)
    • Hide my tablet
      Enabled when a checkmark is present.
    • From the Security drop down menu select either Open or WPA2 PSK.
    • Password
      Password can be changed .
    • From the Max users dropdown menu, select the maximum number of hotpot users (1-10).
