Global Modem USB730L - Network Mode Settings

View this info on network mode settings if you're having issues with voice / data services on your USB730L Global Modem.
  1. Connect the USB modem to the computer then access the Admin Web Interface.
  2. Click
    Settings
    .
  3. From the Network tab, click the Preferred Network Technology
    dropdown menu
    .
  4. Click the appropriate setting:
    • Global
    • LTE / CDMA Mode
    • GSM / UMTS Mode
  5. If applicable, click the Manual Network Selection
    dropdown menu
    .
  6. Select the appropriate setting:
    The preferred international carrier is automatically selected. You can manually tap an alternate carrier but it may require as many as six registration attempts with that carrier prior to successful registration.
    • GSM / UMTS Dual
    • GSM Only
    • UMTS Only
  7. Click
    Save Changes
     (located in the lower-right; may require scrolling).
