ASUS ZenPad™ Z8s - View / Restrict Data Usage by App

Here's how to view / restrict the amount of data an app on your ZenPad Z8s uses.
Some apps depend upon background data (transferring data when not directly in use). Restricting background data may cause those apps to stop functioning unless a Wi-Fi connection is available.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps icon
    Settings Settings icon
    Data usage
     (Wireless & networks section).
  2. Tap
    Details
    then tap an app (below the usage graph) to view the usage.
    To restrict the app from using data in the background, tap the
    Background data switch
    to turn off Switch off.
