Here's how to view your Verizon 5G Home router info via My Verizon.

Verizon 5G Home service is currently offered in specific areas; click here to check for 5G coverage availability.

Router details can also be viewed via the My Verizon app.

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.

From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:

Account

My devices

If necessary, click the

5G Home tab

Click

Manage

below the appropriate device.

From the 'Manage My 5G Home' section, click

View Technical Router Info

View the router info (e.g., IMEI, Model & Type, IP Address, etc.).
