To turn Verizon network services on/off or if they aren't functioning on your Galaxy Watch, view this info.
When Airplane Mode is on, Verizon network voice and data services won't work, but Wi-Fi can be used.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® , ensure your Galaxy Watch software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, swipe down from the top to display the status panel.

    Airplane mode icon
     to turn on Airplane mode on icon or off Airplane mode off icon.
