Samsung Galaxy Watch - Turn Data On / Off

Here's how to turn mobile data for your Galaxy Watch on or off.
To turn the cellular data for your watch on or off, follow these steps.
If cellular data is turned off, your watch must be connected to a Wi-Fi network to continue to make or receive calls or use data services.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® , ensure your Galaxy Watch software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Home button
     to open the apps screen.
    Home and Back buttons
  2. Tap
    Settings
     Settings icon.
  3. Tap
    Connections
    .
  4. Tap
    Mobile networks
    .
  5. If connected to your phone using Bluetooth® :
    1. Tap
      Auto
       then ensure the switch is off Off switch icon.
      By default, mobile networks will be turned off when your watch is connected to your phone using Bluetooth.
    2. Press the
      Back button
       then ensure the 'Turn on now' switch is on On switch icon.
      If prompted, review the 'Turn on Mobile networks' message then tap the
      Accept icon
       Checkmark icon to confirm.
  6. Tap
    Mobile data
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
    Mobile networks must be on for this setting to be accessible.
  7. Review the message then tap the
    Accept icon
     Checkmark icon to confirm.
