Here's how to manage service for your SmartThings Tracker.
  1. Open the SmartThings app
    SmartThings app.
  2. From the SmartThings Home screen, select your tracker.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage mobile service
    .
    The app opens a web page to the ThingSpace Portal.
