Alcatel Avalon™ - Perform a Gmail™ Sync

Here's how to sync Google email, contacts, calendar, etc. on your Avalon.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Users & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the preferred Google account name (email address).
  4. Tap the appropriate data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail, etc.) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon (upper-right).
    2. Tap
      Sync now
