Here's how to add an existing Google (Gmail) account to your Galaxy Watch.
If you need to add an existing Google™ ( Gmail™ ) account to your Galaxy Watch, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  • The email feature is not supported on watches while:
    • connected to an Apple® iPhone® or non-Samsung Android™ smartphone.
    • set up as a standalone device.
  • Email accounts are managed through the Galaxy Wearable app, not from the watch.
  • To perform the steps below, you will need to:
    • ensure the Galaxy Wearable app is ( installed ) and ( updated ) on your Android smartphone.
    • ensure the desired email has been set up in the Samsung Email app on your Android smartphone.
    • ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both the watch and smartphone.
    • keep the watch near your smartphone throughout the entire process.
  1. On your smartphone, tap the
    Galaxy Wearable app
     Wear app icon.
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap the
    Email Settings icon
     Apps settings icon then do one of the following:
    • If no email account has been linked, tap
      Email accounts
      .
    • If an email account has previously been linked, tap
      Add account
      .
  4. If prompted, tap
    Allow
     for applicable permissions.
  5. Enter the email address then follow the on-screen steps to add the account (e.g., enter the password, accept permissions, etc.) then tap
    Sign in
     (lower-right) if prompted.
