Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    App info
     .
  2. Locate then tap the appropriate app.
    If necessary, select
    All apps
     from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap
    Storage
     .
  4. Tap
    Clear cache
     .
    This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
     .
  2. Tap
    Internal storage
     .
  3. Tap
    Free up space
     .
  4. Select a category:
    • Temporary files
    • Download folder
    • Idle apps
  5. Select (check) all subcategories (e.g., Cached data, Clip Tray temporary files) or individual files to clear.
  6. Tap
    DELETE
     (lower-right).
