LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Link / Unlink Contacts
Here's how to link or unlink duplicate contacts in your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD.
The Contacts app on your LG G Pad 5™ 10.1 FHD uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.
Link Contacts
- From a Home screen, Navigate:.EssentialsContacts
- Select a contact.
- Tap theMenu icon
(upper-right).
- TapMerge.
- Select the contact to link.If the preferred contact doesn't appear in the 'SUGGESTED CONTACTS' list, tapShow all contacts.
- Repeat steps 3-5 as many times as necessary until all desired contacts are merged.
Unlink Contacts
- From a Home screen, Navigate:.EssentialsContacts
- Select a merged contact.
- Tap theMenu icon
- TapSeparate.
- TapSEPARATEto confirm.
