Here's how to adjust screen brightness and other display settings (e.g., Screen saver, Sleep, Display size, etc.) for your TCL TAB FAMILY EDITION.
Follow these steps to adjust
brightness settings

display / font settings

Adjust Brightness Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Display
    .
  3. Tap
    Brightness level
    .
  4. Slide the
    bar
     right or left to increase or decrease brightness.

Adjust Display / Font Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Display
    Advanced Arrow down icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Screen timeout
     then select an option (e.g., 15 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.).
  4. Tap
    Font size
    .
  5. Slide the
    green bar
     left or right to adjust the font size.
    Slide left to decrease text size or slide right to increase.
  6. Tap the
    Back arrow
     Back icon (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  7. Tap
    Display size
    .
  8. Slide the
    green bar
     left or right to adjust the size of objects on your screen.
  9. Tap the
    Back arrow
     to return to the previous screen.
  10. Tap
    Screen saver
     then adjust options on the next screen as preferred.
