Here's how to change the SIM PIN for your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch or turn it on or off.
  • Ensure the software on your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Enabling the SIM PIN locks the eSIM so it can't be used until the correct code is entered.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Power/Home button
     to open the apps screen.Power Home button
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon Settings icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Connectivity
    .
  4. Tap
    Mobile
    .
  5. Tap
    Require SIM lock
    to enable Vibrate on or disable Vibrate off.
    To change your SIM PIN, ensure the switch is turned on then do the following:
    1. Tap
      Change SIM PIN
      .
    2. Enter the current SIM PIN then tap the
      Done icon Done icon
      .
      The default SIM PIN is 1111.
    3. Enter a new SIM PIN then the
      Done icon
      .
    4. Re-enter the new SIM PIN then tap the
      Done icon
      .
  6. Enter the current SIM PIN then tap the
    Done icon
    .
