Verizon Internet Gateway - View SIM Card Number

Here's how to view the SIM card number associated with the Internet Gateway.
  • This content is for the following Internet Gateway models:
    • ASK-NCQ1338
    • ASK-NCQ1338FA
    • ARC-XCI55AX
  • This device contains a 5G embedded SIM card that can't be removed.

Via Admin Page

  1. Access the router admin page then click
    Status
    .
    Refer to Access Admin Page for assistance.
    The Status page can also be accessed from the left menu by clicking

    System Status
    .

  2. Scroll down to the 'Modem' section, then view the SIM card number in the ICCID section.

Via Device

  1. The ICCID (SIM card number) can be found on a label on the bottom of the router.
