One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone - Place a Conference Call

Here's how to place a conference call on your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone.
When conferencing another number after connecting to the second party:
  • A 7-digit dialing pattern is not supported.
  • Do not prefix the dialed number with a '9' as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a '9' is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
Wi-Fi Calls always originate in the U.S., even when a customer is outside of the U.S.
  • Calls to U.S. numbers aren't billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
  • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
  1. From the Home screen, tap
