One Talk W78B IP DECT Cordless Phone - Transfer a Call (Consultative / Direct)

Here's how to transfer a call from your One Talk W78B IP DECT Cordless Phone.
During a call, you can transfer the call to another contact.
  • Direct Transfer
    : Transfer a call directly to the third party without consulting.
  • Consultative Transfer
    : Transfer a call with prior consulting.
  1. During an active call, navigate:
    Options
    (Call) Transfer
     or press the
    TRAN key
    .
    The active call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to or navigate:
    Directory
    Directory / History
     to choose a contact.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Press TRAN or Transfer to complete the transfer.
    • After the contact answers the call, press the 'TRAN' key or 'Transfer' to finish a Consultative Transfer.
