One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone - Transfer a Call (Consultative / Direct)

Here's how to transfer a call with your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone.
You can transfer calls to other contacts immediately when receiving ringback or after consulting with them first.
  1. During an active call, navigate:
    Options
    (Call) Transfer
     or press the
    TRAN key
    .
    The active call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to or navigate:
    Directory
    Directory / History
     to choose a contact.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Press TRAN or Transfer to complete a direct transfer.
    • After the contact answers the call, press the TRAN key or Transfer to finish a consultative transfer.
