One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone - Use Paging Key

Here's how to use the paging key on your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP Conference Phone.
  • Page broadcasts are played on the speakerphone of any desk phones that are in 'idle' state.
  • Page broadcasts are not played on the speakerphone if the desk phone receiving the page is in DND mode.
  • Pages are ignored by any desk phones which are on an active phone call or intercom call.
  • Pages are ignored by any desk phones which are in any type of 'forward' state.
  2. From the Home screen, press the
    DSSkey
    .
  3. Assign a DssKey to Paging.
  4. Press
    Paging DssKey
     then begin speaking.
