One Talk T41S/SW, T42S, T46S/SW IP Desk Phones - Place a Conference Call

Here's how to place a conference call on your One Talk T41S/SW, T42S or T46S/SW IP desk phones.
When conferencing another number after connecting to the second party:
  • A seven-digit dialing pattern is not supported.
  • Do not prefix the dialed number with a '9' as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a '9' is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
Wi-Fi calls always originate in the U.S., even when a customer is outside of the U.S.
  • Calls to U.S. numbers aren't billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
  • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
  1. During an active call on Line 1, press the
    Hold soft key
    then press
    New Line
    .
  2. Enter the desired 10-digit number then press the
    Send soft key
    .
  3. When the call connects on Line 2, press the
    Conference soft key
    .
    Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional calls (up to six total).
