One Talk T5xW Series IP Desk Phones & T64LTE / T67LTE 4G LTE Desk Phones - Place a Conference Call

Here's how to place a conference call on your One Talk T5xW series or T64LTE / T67LTE desk phones.
When conferencing another number after connecting to the second party:
  • A seven-digit dialing pattern is not supported.
  • Do not prefix the dialed number with a '9' as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a '9' is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
Wi-Fi calls always originate in the U.S., even when a customer is outside of the U.S.
  • Calls to U.S. numbers aren't billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
  • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
  1. During an active call on Line 1, select
    Conference
    .
The active call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the next party's number.
You can also select the desired contact from the search list or select a contact from the placed call list or Directory before entering the number.
  3. When the dialed party answers the call, select
    Conference
to add that call to the conference.
Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional calls (up to six total).
