One Talk CP960 IP Conference Phone - Place a Conference Call
Here's how to place a conference call on your One Talk CP960 IP Conference Phone.
When conferencing another number after connecting to the second party:
- A seven-digit dialing pattern is not supported.
- Do not prefix the dialed number with a '9' as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a '9' is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
Wi-Fi calls always originate in the U.S., even when a customer is outside of the U.S.
- Calls to U.S. numbers aren't billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
- Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
- From the Home screen, tapDial
.
- TapCall multiple members? Click here >>(top of the screen).
- Enter the number of the first party then tap 'Add members' or select a contact from the directory or history. The avatar of the first party appears on the touch screen; tap the avatar to cancel adding this party.
- Repeat step 3 until all parties are added.
- Tap theCall icon
(upper-right) to call all parties at once.
