One Talk VZP59 IP Desk Phone - Place a Video Call

Here's how to place a video call from your One Talk VZP59 IP desk phone.
  • Calls to US numbers are not billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
  • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
  • No data charges apply for video calls over Wi-Fi.
  1. To place a video call:
    1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:
      • Enter the desired number.
        Do not prefix the dialed number with a 9 as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a 9 is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
      • Tap the line key then enter the desired number.
    2. Tap
      Video Call

  2. To upgrade an audio call to video during an active voice call, swipe the soft key area left then tap
    Add Video
    .
  3. To stop video during a video call, tap
    Audio Only
    . This stops the video for both parties.
    Alternately, to stop transmitting video but still receive the other party's video, swipe down from the top of the video call screen then tap
