One Talk T41S/SW, T42S, T42U, T46S/SW IP Desk Phones - Set Up Speed Dial

Here's how to set up speed dial on your One Talk T41S/SW, T42 series or T46S/SW IP Desk Phone.
If desired, a speed dial number can utilize pause dialing. This is useful for navigating interactive menus automatically.
  1. Press and hold an unused line key for about five seconds.
    To replace an existing line key, long press the key to reconfigure.
  2. Use the left and right arrow keys or the Switch soft key to select
    Speed Dial
    .
  3. Using the up and down arrow keys to navigate, enter the appropriate information:
    • Account ID
    • Label
    • Value
      Pause dialing: While entering the speed dial phone number, enter a comma (,) for every 0.5 seconds of delay time before dialing the next number in the string.
      Example: Entering a speed dial value of 9875551212,,,,,1234# will cause the desk phone to dial 9875551212, pause for 2.5 seconds, then dial 1234#.
