One Talk Portal - Turn Do Not Disturb (DND) On / Off

Here's how to enable / disable the Do Not Disturb (DND) setting on a desk phone via the One Talk admin portal.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
     (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
     then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  5. Click the preferred desk phone in the list.
    Only desk phones can receive directory info; don't select smartphones or mobile clients.
  6. If necessary, click
    Associated devices
     then click
    Desk phone
    .
  7. For each line, click the
    Disable Do Not Disturb switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    When the switch is on, Do Not Disturb can't be used on the desk phone.
