Mobile + Home Discount (Fios) FAQs

When you have both Verizon mobile service and Fios Home Internet and enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount, you qualify for discounted pricing:

• If you have mobile service and add Fios Home Internet, you can get a discount on your Fios bill.
• If you have Fios Home Internet and add an eligible mobile plan, you can get a discount on your mobile bill.
• Already have both? You may still qualify for a discount on one of your bills.

If you currently have a qualifying:

• Fios Home Internet plan, you can get select 5G mobile plans for as low as $35/line per month*.
• Verizon mobile phone plan, you can get Fios Home Internet starting at $35 per month*.

You can enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount (Fios) at any time, when you have eligible Verizon mobile and Fios Home Internet services.*

*Accounts must be in good standing. Offer does not include prepaid plans. All discounts apply as long as Verizon provides the discount program and you maintain both mobile and home services.

You don't need a specific device to enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount. You can enroll using a computer, smartphone or tablet.

Enrolling is simple. All you need to do is sign in to your existing service account when you add the new service.*

• Sign in with your mobile credentials when you are adding new Fios Home Internet service.
• Sign in with your Fios credentials when you are adding new mobile service.

*You may also be provided with the option to enroll after receiving a notification or text message with a pin.

No. Your Verizon mobile and Fios Home Internet accounts will remain separate. However, when you enroll in Mobile + Home Discount, your accounts will be linked. The linking:

• Is only for the use of your Mobile + Home Discount.
• Won't affect your accounts (e.g., late payment* on one account won't affect services or the status of the other account).
• Your Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios bills and bill cycles will stay separate.

Note: You can link only 1 mobile and 1 Fios account.

*However late payment on either account may affect your Mobile + Home Discount status.

Once you have both a qualifying Verizon mobile plan and Fios Home Internet plan, you can enroll in Mobile + Home Discount at any time to start receiving your discount.

You can cancel enrollment in Mobile + Home Discount through your My Verizon mobile account:

1. Visit the Savings & Promos center.
2. Select Manage.
3. Under Manage enrollment, select Cancel enrollment.
4. Select Continue.
5. Select Yes.

You'll no longer be enrolled in the Mobile + Home Discount and won't receive bill discounts.

If you don't have access to your My Verizon mobile account, you can use Contact Us to cancel enrollment in Mobile + Home Discount:

• Verizon mobile Customer Service
• Verizon home (Fios) Customer Service

If you:

• Make a change that still qualifies you for the Mobile + Home Discount, your discount level automatically changes to the new discount level, if applicable.
• Make a change that doesn't qualify for Mobile + Home Discount, your enrollment in Mobile + Home Discount automatically ends, and you no longer receive the associated monthly discount.

We'll give you details about your Mobile + Home Discount eligibility when you make the plan change.

If you cancel your Fios Home Internet or mobile service (either one or both), enrollment in Mobile + Home Discount ends automatically, and you will no longer receive the associated monthly discount.

If your Verizon mobile and Fios Home Internet accounts are both suspended without billing, your Mobile + Home Discount is suspended.

If you suspend only 1 of your eligible services:

• If you are receiving your discount on your mobile bill, and your mobile account is suspended without billing, your Mobile + Home Discount is suspended for each line that is suspended.
• If you are receiving your discount on your Fios bill, and your Fios internet account is suspended without billing, your Mobile + Home Discount is suspended.

Benefits automatically start again when the accounts resume.

When you have an eligible Verizon mobile account and an eligible Verizon Fios Internet account, you can get a discount on one of those services.

Yes. You can apply for the Verizon Visa® Card. If approved, you can earn Verizon Dollars that you can use to pay your Verizon mobile or Fios bill, buy accessories and devices and more.

Depending on your plan, you may be eligible to have other promotions on your account, along with Mobile + Home Discount, including:

• First Responders, Military, Nurses, Teachers or Student discount.
• Some limited-time Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios joint device offers.
• Auto Pay monthly discounts may be available if you sign up for Auto Pay and paper-free billing.

When you enroll in Mobile + Home Discount, you'll be notified of any discount incompatibilities and informed of their removal at the time of enrollment.
