This video will give you a quick orientation to the One Talk web portal.
Under the One Talk tab, you can get key product and feature information.
The overview tab gives you quick access to add lines and features.
A search bar lets you quickly find specific users.
Quick task shortcuts are provided.
As well as a summary of your lines and devices.
The next tab gives you a searchable list of all your One Talk enabled lines and devices.
Click + (the plus sign) to see devices associated with a specific number, or click the number to go to the Account Details page.
The features area lets you manage business features, as well as those for end users.
Explore features available, then get more detail about a given feature.
The resources tab provides access to FAQ, Terms & Conditions and User- and Company-Level product cost analysis.
