Samsung/Netflix Promotion FAQs

Get a 1-year "2 Stream" Netflix subscription -- a $100+ value -- when you purchase any of the following devices from Verizon Wireless or an authorized retailer between 1/4/15 and 1/17/15:

• Samsung Galaxy S® 5
• Samsung Galaxy Note® 4
• Galaxy Tab® S

This promotion is open to new and current Netflix customers.

The Samsung/Netflix promotion is open to customers who buy a new Samsung Galaxy S® 5, Samsung Galaxy Note® 4 or Galaxy Tab® S from Verizon Wireless or an authorized retailer between 1/4/15 and 1/17/15.

Only one offer per household can be redeemed.

You can redeem your 1-year Netflix subscription at Samsung Galaxy Promotions, and will need to provide the following information:

• Your name
• Email address
• Device ID (also known as ESN/IMEI) information
• Upload of the device purchase receipt

Note: The name provided to Samsung must match the name of the person requesting the Samsung/Netflix promotion.

To view the ESN/IMEI on your device in Standard mode:

1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower right)
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap About phone
4. Tap Status
5. View the ESN/IMEI

You can also remove the battery and view the ESN/IMEI inside the battery compartment.

1. Samsung will email you a one-time code and URL for your 1-year subscription to Netflix "2 Stream" service
2. Go to Netflix.com/specialoffer to redeem your code

You'll have up to 30 days past the purchase date to submit your receipt and get your Netflix promotion code.

Your promotion code must be redeemed with Netflix by 3/20/15.

Note: The device must be purchased at Verizon Wireless or an authorized retailer during the promotion period between 1/4/15 and 1/17/15.

Current and new Netflix customers will receive a credit on their account equal to the current value of 12 months of the Netflix "2 Stream" service (a total value of $107.88).
