Why did Verizon stop selling VZ Navigator?
My VZ Navigator service is canceled. Why is the VZ Navigator app still on my phone?
If the VZ Navigator app is preloaded on your device, then it can't be uninstalled. Otherwise,follow the steps for your specific device to uninstall the app.
Can I use VZ Navigator if I have a prepaid plan?
Yes, if you’re on a prepaid plan with a smartphone you can continue using VZ Navigator until 12/23/21.
Hum is not available for Prepaid plans. We recommend you check your device’s apps store for the latest navigation apps.
