Using Hum by Verizon
How does the vehicle diagnostics feature work?
The Hum by Verizon OBD II reader connects to your vehicle's OBD port. This is the same port used by mechanics to diagnose issues and monitor performance.
You receive proactive alerts and easy-to-understand explanations for common onboard Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). For troubleshooting, you can also press the blue customer service button on the Hum speaker to connect directly to the mechanics hotline.

How do I subscribe and set up Hum?

How do I cancel Hum service if I need to? What happens to my billing if I do?
