One Talk Desktop App - Sign In

Here's how to sign in to the One Talk desktop app.
  • Before signing into the desktop app, your company's One Talk administrator must ensure that a valid email address is assigned to your One Talk business account.
  • For more details, refer to the user guide.
  1. Open the
    One Talk desktop app
    .
  2. Enter your One Talk phone number in the One Talk Phone Number field.
  3. Enter a name for your device in the Device Name field.
    The device name must contain at least 3 characters.
  4. Click
    Request PIN
    .
  5. Check your email for your activation PIN.
    The PIN is sent to the email account the One Talk administrator provided when setting up your account.
  6. Enter the PIN then click
    Activate
    .
