Removing then re-adding your Gmail™ (Google™ account often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

Ensure the software on your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

From the watch screen, press the

Power /

Home button

to open the apps screen.

Tap the

Settings icon

Tap

Personalization

Tap

Accounts

Tap the Gmail account you want to remove, then tap

Remove account

From the 'Remove...Gmail.com account from watch?' screen, tap the

Done icon

to confirm.

To cancel, tap the

Cancel icon
