One Talk W78B IP DECT Cordless Phone - Alternate Factory Reset

Here's how to restore your One Talk W78B IP DECT Cordless Phone to factory settings if the phone is not responsive when powered on.
After the reset is completed, all settings revert to the factory defaults except handset registrations. Before performing the reset, check with your system admin to verify whether a backup of the settings exists.
  1. Unplug the power cord from the base. and plug back in while holding down the button on the front of the base station.
  2. Press and hold the
    Paging Key button
     while reconnecting power to the desk phone.
  3. Continue to press the
    Paging Key button
     until Recovery mode? screen displays.
  4. Wait 1 minute then manually reboot the base.
  5. Reinsert the battery into the handset.
  6. Phone begins the initialization process, after a successful activation, the 911 notification screen displays. Press
    OK
    .
    Re-pairing the device to the base may be required (follow prompts on the phone).
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
